Exchanges and Returns

At Goose Wonders, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

**1. Eligibility for Refunds**

– **Custom Products**: Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please ensure the measurements and specifications provided are correct. 

– **Products**: Refunds are only available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

– **Services**: Please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of your items if you find any problems. Refunds for services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

**2. Process for Requesting a Refund**

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. **Contact Us**: Reach out to our customer service team at goosewonders@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product or service. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

2. **Return the Product**: If your refund request is approved for a physical product, you will be instructed to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the product is returned for personal reasons. 

3. **Inspection and Approval**: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.

4. **Refund Method**: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

**3. Non-Refundable Items**

The following items are non-refundable:

– Customized items

– Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

– Products that are returned more than 7 days after delivery

**4. Defective or Damaged Products**

**5. Exchanges**

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at goosewonders@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the provided order info is incorrect

**6. Final Sale Items**

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
