All items are made to order and non-refundable, except for initial defects like hardware issues or wrong items. We are unable to offer remakes, so please double-check the style & color & quantity before ordering — feel free to message us with more photos if you’re unsure!

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and unworn.
📦 Shipping Info
Please allow around 4 weeks for production and delivery, since each piece is made just for you.
We don’t split shipments unless your order qualifies for two free deliveries (e.g., orders over $100). If your order includes a custom or preorder item, everything will ship together in about 4 weeks.
